Progress has been slow, as I've been focused on preparing to present my senior thesis. In my free time, I've solved the RPC dropping channel issue, and begun to actually analyze the algorithms. I've decided to drop Indeed's algorithm since (1) I couldn't get their data in time, and (2) after consulting an expert in queueing theory, it turns out they're actually doing server time sharing, which is a different class of algorithm. So not really an apples-to-apples comparison.
In the meantime, I've started to collect insights, and some of them are surprising! But those get saved for the final report. :P
